Thank you for choosing our training program! Please find below our "No Refunds" policy:

 

Once you have booked a training program with us, you acknowledge and agree that our company has a no refunds policy. This means that all sales are final and non-refundable.

 

In the event that you are unable to attend the training program, you may transfer your booking to another person. However, this transfer must be communicated to us at least 48 hours before the start of the program. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your booking and any associated fees.

 

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the training program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer you the option of transferring your booking to another date or program, or receiving a credit towards a future program. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by you as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling of the program.
